Uncomfortable? What, would you think about yourself being naked? But beside this unpleasant thought, then why do you not shoo then away when they are so weak?

Why would I do that? I can use them. They want me to use them.

But surely they demand payment. Are they so weak that this doesn't matter? And if they are, what could they do at all?

Payment? No payment. They just want to be more than just spirits, to feel again. And for that, I can use their abilities. A very nice trade-off, don't you think?

Some sort of mercenary guild people recruiting folk for "special" missions, as well as looking for "gladiators". The people you spoke to say that you may very well catch up to them at one of the surface strongholds.
