Reminder for all spellcasters and magic users: as we are in the Astral Plane, all spells and SLAs are enhanced as if cast with the Quicken Spell feat. So you essentially can cast one spell as a free action and do a normal full round action afterwards. Dunno how it is with the casting of two spells though, i.e. one quickened, one normal - as there is no "normal". I assume that using a wand still is a standard action.

LP II means Lady Penitent II - Storm of the Dead. The revision of that book and hence Kiaransalyn's utter dismay can be read at the main site of the Gate, where it should be up today or tomorrow. (German only, folks, German only)

I see. I usually try to wait until all books of a series are out before I start, which is still possible because I have not read all those that are already out. By the way I am currently reading the Watercourse Trilogy and I am almost done. I have plenty of time on the train to work
And when I am done I have more than 500 pages of "The Great Warbow", though I don't think I will carry this book around each day because it is rather heavy.

No problem. Only the blackened areas are off-limits for scrying et al.

Matter of factly, there are two doors  :grin:. The southern one was simply opened and can easily be barred by normal means (latch et al). The northern one can be closed and you could take a weapon (off the dead gith) and use it as a wedge.
