Well, make the punsh a maximal "power attack". Let's see if 1d4+22 will be enough to send him into the lands of dreams.

Not sure whether you can punch someone non-lethally with a Power Atack aimed at doing a maximum of damage ... anyhow, he's in those lands of dreams.

Well, one could make a power attack with an unarmed attack.
What I am not quite sure at the moment is (by rules as written) if Korach could kill someone with his hands alone. I don't want to get hit by someone who could carry a horse around single-handedly.

Waiting for some action by Paval while doing the rest, like animating dead, questioning the wee one. As soon as that's done, we move on and deeper into the mines (maybe) ...

Maybe this would be a good time to talk in game about Korach and the group. I guess that would mostly be the job of Paval and my character.

But another thing. Have the doors a mechanisms to lock or block them? And about what weight are the sarcophagi (or anything else what could be used)?

Yeah, mostly about Bloodaxe and Paval. You could lift a sarcophacus lit and block the door, who is made of stone too. Since it opens into the hall, the lit would block it sure enough. Same with the doors towards the entrance (i.e. the bridge area where you came from.

Obviously, should some spirit want to enter ...

I do not know what Paval is planing to do. How long will it take?
