Ja, 3 Strain-Regenration passt. Wobei ich nen bisschen unzufrieden bin, dass nirgendwo erwähnt wird, was bei Triumphs in Initiative Würfen passiert. Denn Advantages können ja nicht "normal" verwendet werden.

Es ist halt nicht alles genau festgelegt. Kann man mögen oder auch nicht. Ich verteile meist freie Manöver oder je nach Situation kleinere andere Boni, weil man so aufmerksam ist, dass man was wichtiges bemerkt hat oder halt so aufmerksam war, dass man noch schneller reagiert als der Rest.
