Thema: Call of the Banshee Queen

[Paval Thune]

"Korach, can you punch him?" Paval asks, "Punch him hard enough to knock him out but don't kill him."

Paval looks around, "Is that the last one?"

[Korach]

"Let's try." Korach answeres. He puts his axe on the floor and takes his gauntlets of. With one hand he graps around the small ones neck and gives him a hard punsh on the head with the other.

[Zanan]

Korach sweeps the little one of the floor and punches him hard, sending him into oblivion.

No-one or -thing seems to threaten you,  the hall is clad in silence and death.

[Korach]

"Here." He hands the unconscious one to Paval. If the latter is not willing to take him Korach just lets him fall to the ground. When there is no further disturbance Korach gets his weapons together and starts cleaning them.

[Paval Thune]

Paval looks at the nimble one, then to Korach "Thank you."

Then he starts to mutter about needing a fire and a sharp knife. In the first instance he uses rope to bind the nimble one tightly.

"Is this the last one?"

[Zanan]

Tathlyn, after checking the exits and darker corners, signals that no-one is there and that he will take up guard position at the northern exit, near to the stairs. The iron gate there looks to shut right now. Near the centre of the hall, the place of most of the violance and bloodshed, the items of the dead are spilled on the ground, not yet drenched in the blood of the slain.

[Phaerven]

"Nice work", Zhadristan says to his companions. While Paval and Korach are busy with the captive, he looks over the possessions of the now dead to see if they carried anything of value.

[Zanan]

From the two halves of the female you can gather up a magical mace and some sort of vial that contains some eldritch powder. Her magical chainmail is wrecked beyond hope. She also carries the holy symbol of some death god of the surfacers. The one near the well, who talked to the wraith, carried a dagger made of adamantine, a magical brooch and a ring, plus a few spell components.
Once Korach lets go of the halfling, he can be stripped of his magical (small) composite longbow, thrre potions, and a small armor made of studded leather. His cloak seems to have some eldritch properties as well.

You do find some sort of map near the table, depicting crude sketches of this place while others seem to have no relation to these halls whatsoever. From what you can discern, this looks to be the southern part of an extensive network of caverns and tunnels belonging to a dwarven mining settlement. Some of the old mines lie nearby, mines used for the burial of the dwarven dead. You cannot discern what these scavengers wanted here.

[Paval Thune]

Paval turns to Tathlyn, "Do you think it is safe to camp here? I should like to make a fire, and question this captive."

[Zanan]

The scout looks about and replies: "We should bar this door (points to the north) and retreat back to one of the smaller rooms which we passed by. Don't expect all too many passers by, but one never knows with these dwarves." He looks at the corpses of the fallen and asks: "Maybe you goddess grants you some power over these, so we can use them as guards?"

[Paval Thune]

Paval smiles, not a pleasant sight, then chants a prayer to his goddess.

[Korach]

While Paval does his magical stuff Korach blocks the doors with the lids of some sarcophagi.

[Zanan]

Ere the rooms get locked up, Tathlyn gathers in any parchement and scroll the now-dead had with them. Once the group has reached their resting place, he lits a magical light and places anything that looks like a map on a stone table.

[Fabius Maximus]

Jhaelvirr jumps down from the ledge and sidles over to the small nuisance, asking: "Do I get to hurt him?"

[Paval Thune]

Paval grins, "Yes, hurt him but only enough so he talks. Life is a precious thing, it should only be spilled drop by drop."

Paval looks at the nimble one all the time he says this. "Anything you say now that could help us would help you."
