As Keth moves forward to get in better striking range of her Scourge she begins to chant a prayer to Lolth.

"Selvetarm's eight legs!" Nata'l curses, as the formerly rebuked undead warrior comes racing towards her and Jalashar from the other hallway. Sword hefted above his head and glowing hate in his eyes, the creature charges up to the drow. Talice instantly switches aims, while Nata'al brings about her holy symbol.

Kethryllia moves closer to the undead creature and for a split second - just as she finishes casting her spell - a thin veil of darkness rushes down her body. Right next to the morning star - wielder, a massive hammer of force appears out of nowhere and attacks the undead, missing it by some two feet. During all this, the group feels how Jashalar's song drives them on, making their senses clearer and more focussed on the task at hand. Iira's chain lashes past Geirildin and opens a decent wound on the undead's chest, making it snarl another vile curse. A hit by Geirildin's sword makes him turn its attention back to his prime opponent though, dodging the second swing. This sudden movement brings him out of the way of Narzen's bolt too, the missile hammering into the wall of the far side, scorching the surface with a small hail of lightnings. The undead glowers at Geirildin and says, "Meet your creepy goddess!". Another couple of expertly taken strikes come the drow's way, but only the first draws blood (12 HP) again.

At the crossroads behind that group, Nata'al brandishs her holy symbol at the onrushing undead and calls out to it: "In the name of Selvetarm, begone!". A wave of divine energy stops the being in its tracks, just as if it had run into a brick wall. With a howl of anguish it begins to withdraw again, followed by a couple of missiles from Zhadristan and Talice, who both miss it though.

Sheiriya starts performing some arcane gestures again. But whatever should happen is not visible.

Baring his teeth upon seeing the shot gone to waste, Narzen sets another bolt to his crossbow and takes new aim.

Whether determined to learn more about the enemy by taking an experimental approach, or merely stubborn to deliver a solid hit, the blank look on his face doesn't betray his thoughts.

Stepping to the side of Geirildin a little, Iira brings his chain in a low sweeping motion towards the undead.

Ever since he runs along to attack the undead, Zhadristan's usual blank expression has become one of angry determination. The apparent retreat of the enemy only strengthens his resolve.

Jhalashar sings on, while Geirildin launches several vicious sword chops towards his opponent, attempting to hack it in two.

Drawing her bow again, Talice looks in disbelief as Zhadristan goes on the hunt. Her arrow hits the feeling undead in the back. As he fires his crossbow, the drow hears her shout: "Stay back!". His bolt bounces off the undead's armor. The same fate happens to Nata'al's arrow, as the undead moves away from the drow priestess. It reels around when reaching the end of the hallway, some 60 feet away. "Watch out," the female rumbles, "I assume that's some sort of a vampire ..."

In the other hallway, Narzen lets fly another crossbow bolt and as if someone had cursed the thing, the bolt again burst into tiny sparks at the hallway's wall rather than the undead's breast. The magicial hammer conjured by Sheiriya lashes out again, but misses the opponent once more. Kethryllia aims her hand at the undead and divine energy washes over the being. It is a bit irritated, but the determined glow in its eyes remains. Geirildin brings his sword down again and opens another wound accross the being's chest. It does look wounded now, but not out of the picture yet, proved by a quick side-step to avoid Iira's low chain. This evasive manoeuvre makes it miss its first attack, but a vicious  second swing find drow flesh again (10 HP).

You hear Keth mutter something about "feeding heretics to a bebilith," as she appears to be judging distance for something.

Keth slips between Geirildin and lira, prepared to block the morning star with her shield, as she moves to flank the creature.

"For Lolth!!" she screams out as her eyes light with a dark malevolence, as her body channels the power of Lolth, striking out with her Scourge.

Zhadristan stops and turns around. "Still we can't let it stalk us for as long as we remain in here. Can you keep it bay forever? I haven't seen any of these hurt it so far." he says referring to a bolt he is loading into his crossbow while he's speaking.
